A photo of the Historic Dallas County Courthouse, now officially the Joseph T. Smitherman Historic Building, in Selma, Alabama. Constructed in 1847, the Greek Revival building served as the Dallas County Courthouse from 1866 to 1901. The historic Selma courthouse currently houses the Vaughan-Smitherman Museum.
