Village at Doyle Pointe Funded – Selma Alabama

The Village at Doyle Pointe was funded by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority in the 2024 funding cycle. Currently the 56-unit HOME and Tax Credit development is currently getting final approvals from HUD. This development should begin construction in the 3rd quarter of 2026. This is a HUD RAD conversion development replacing units from the George Washington Carver project in historic downtown Selma.
