This phase will be an additional 56-units of mixed income affordable housing. The site will have project based vouchers available on all units. The development will consist of 9 &#8211; one bedroom\/one bath, 38 &#8211; two bedroom\/two bath, and 9 &#8211; three bedroom\/two bath units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projected completion of the development is June of 2026.  A portion of these units will serve residents from the George Washington Carver development in Selma as part of its redevelopment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development is a partnership with Eastlake Development, Hollyhand Development, and Invictus Development.
